The principles of learning Islamic religious education in elementary schools are something that every Islamic religious education teacher must use in teaching. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding regarding the implementation of principles that can be used by a teacher when teaching so that the implementation is in accordance with the objectives of learning Islamic religious education itself. In this research, we used a literature study method by collecting various kinds of reading that were in accordance with the major themes taken. The results of this research are that there are various kinds of learning principles that can be used in a learning process, however, in Islamic religious education learning, several principles can be used, namely full attention of students, development of students' potential, and a variety of learning methods that can be implemented in various ways. Public relations management is one of the many management functions in educational institutions that have vital roles and functions. Experts say that the success of educational institutions depends on the ability of public relations to build approaches and communication with the community. Islamic boarding schools are a traditional Islamic education system, cultural heritage and traditions of the Indonesian people. The establishment of Islamic boarding schools is usually on the basis of kiai initiatives that are welcomed by the community. This study wants to reveal the urgency of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This study found that there are at least three reasons for the urgency of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools, namely; (1) Islamic boarding schools as social institutions, (2) the unique relationship between kiai-santri, (3) the central role of kiai in society, and (4) the demands of globalization

Education is a dynamic thing. Likewise in terms of quality. Quality of education is the main standard in providing quality education. The quality of education does not only talk about the results, but also the process of education itself. Education must be able to transform according to the challenges and developments of the times, adapt to developments in science and technology and be accepted by society because it has an impact on social reality. Achieving good quality education is supported by a quality assurance system implemented by each educational unit. Supervisors of educational units or schools have a very important role in improving the quality of education. This article aims to conduct a review of optimizing the role of supervisors in improving the quality of progressive education. To study this, the author uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research or literature study. Through this article, it is hoped that school supervisors can carry out their role in efforts to improve the quality of progressive education, namely education that can answer the challenges of the times and have an impact on social reality.

In the concept of education, rewards are a tool to increase a person's interest and work enthusiasm. This method can associate a person's actions and behavior with feelings of happiness, enjoyment and will usually make them do a good job or deed repeatedly. Management of changes in human resources can be carried out through reward points as a supporting factor in improving the performance of human resources in an educational institution, especially teaching staff and educational staff. The purpose of this writing is to provide an explanation of the importance of human resource change management which can be carried out through reward points as one of the supporting factors in improving the performance of human resources in an educational institution. This research uses library research, which is a preparation by collecting, writing, editing and classifying, and making data and information relevant. This data and information was obtained from various written sources from various scientific books, drafting reports, scientific essays, theses and accompanying documents, regulations, encyclopedias, and written sources both printed and electronic and others. The conclusion of the research is that in order to be able to create human resources in the form of qualified teaching staff and education staff and continually improve their performance, one strategy that can be carried out by school principals is to provide rewards or reward points as appreciation and support for the achievements achieved by the staff. educators and educational staff so as to make schools of higher quality, more in demand and able to progress and develop following changing times. This research is urgent with the background of leaders in educational institutions who serve as role models and motivators, protecting both teachers and students and can have a positive impact. Students are motivated by being active and diligent in studying so that they achieve both academic and non-academic achievements. This research aims to determine the form of servant leadership and its impact in increasing student achievement and loyalty. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach as well as interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results obtained in this study show that servant leadership by the principal is demonstrated by a character that meets the needs of teachers and students, is empathetic, is a good listener, a capable guide, and builds a healthy group and a good school climate. So that it has an impact on increasing student achievement, both academic and non-academic, up to the national level.

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions whose main mission is to produce the next generation of the nation with noble morals, of course the leadership of a kyai in an Islamic boarding school is very important. Islamic boarding schools are one of the safe and comfortable places for learning and are able to attract the interest of teenagers to study in them. For that, the function of leadership management in Islamic boarding schools is very important to apply. This research will focus on how the leadership management of a kyai in improving the emotional intelligence of students at the Mansya'ul Ulum Congkop Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field method, data is collected using observation and interview techniques and is supplemented with several reference books as supporting data. The results of this study indicate that the leadership management of kyai in the Mansyaul Ulum Islamic boarding school in terms of planning, organizing, controlling management functions has been implemented well. Increasing the emotional intelligence of students at the Mansya'ul Ulum Congkop Islamic boarding school is also influenced by good leadership management. Therefore, the professionalism of a kyai's leadership in running the wheels of Islamic boarding school leadership, especially in the movement, has a very important role. A kyai is required to be able to foster a spirit of learning and always motivate the students in every activity in the Islamic boarding school, not only to carry out their obligations but more than that, their emotional intelligence also needs to be truly achieved based on socio-religious principles
