In this research, we used a literature study method by collecting various kinds of reading that were in accordance with the major themes taken. Experts say that the success of educational institutions depends on the ability of public relations to build approaches and communication with the community. Islamic boarding schools are a traditional Islamic education system, cultural heritage and traditions of the Indonesian people. The establishment of Islamic boarding schools is usually on the basis of kiai initiatives that are welcomed by the community. This study wants to reveal the urgency of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Achieving good quality education is supported by a quality assurance system implemented by each educational unit. Supervisors of educational units or schools have a very important role in improving the quality of education. This article aims to conduct a review of optimizing the role of supervisors in improving the quality of progressive education. To study this, the author uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research or literature study. The purpose of this writing is to provide an explanation of the importance of human resource change management which can be carried out through reward points as one of the supporting factors in improving the performance of human resources in an educational institution. This research uses library research, which is a preparation by collecting, writing, editing and classifying, and making data and information relevant. Students are motivated by being active and diligent in studying so that they achieve both academic and non-academic achievements. This research aims to determine the form of servant leadership and its impact in increasing student achievement and loyalty. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach as well as interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results obtained in this study show that servant leadership by the principal is demonstrated by a character that meets the needs of teachers and students, is empathetic, is a good listener, a capable guide, and builds a healthy group and a good school climate. Islamic boarding schools are one of the safe and comfortable places for learning and are able to attract the interest of teenagers to study in them. For that, the function of leadership management in Islamic boarding schools is very important to apply. This research will focus on how the leadership management of a kyai in improving the emotional intelligence of students at the Mansya'ul Ulum Congkop Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field method, data is collected using observation and interview techniques and is supplemented with several reference books as supporting data. The results of this study indicate that the leadership management of kyai in the Mansyaul Ulum Islamic boarding school in terms of planning, organizing, controlling management functions has been implemented well. Increasing the emotional intelligence of students at the Mansya'ul Ulum Congkop Islamic boarding school is also influenced by good leadership management. Therefore, the professionalism of a kyai's leadership in running the wheels of Islamic boarding school leadership, especially in the movement, has a very important role.
